El Gran Pollo is my new favorite restaurant. I only found this restaurant a few years ago, but now I go regularly for lunch. My go to order is Churrasco De Pollo with chaufa rice and fried plantains. Delicious! I can’t finish it as it is so much food, so I typically get a second meal out of it at home the next day. I like that there are so many El Gran Pollo’s around the Baltimore area, but my favorite is the one at 528 Cranbrook Rd. Great service and great food for a reasonable price.

We’ve eaten here twice now, and loved it both times. The chicken is delicious, very juicy and full of flavor. The sauces are an absolute delight and goes well with everything. Pictures are the the Shrimp burrito bowl and the Pollo Parillo with red potatoes. Highly recommend!!

Hit or miss with this place. I’ve ordered two chicken taco salads that were awful. Today’s salad had liquid under the tortilla shell so the shell was soggy. The salad was cold and just gross. Most of it went in the trash. I guess it depends on who is doing the cooking that day. Also, the music is so loud you literally have to shout. ☹️

Yesterday, Wednesday, October 5, 2022, I decided to go with my wife to the Gran Pollo in Cockeysville MD, because I live in Virginia, and once again I was very satisfied, first, because of their special attention and hygiene; second, the variety of exquisite and succulent meals, very well prepared and quickly.
