Great service and Atmosphere right off the bat. Food was awesome, the salsa is hands down the best I’ve had since moving to Coos Bay. We shared the shredded beef taquitos as an appetizer and let me say they won me over when they brought out a massive mug of ice tea! My wife had the Cheese Enchilada and Chilie Relleno and I had the Carnitas Burrito. Portions were generous and we both left happy and full.

The food was very good and came out quick and hot. Margaritas were awesome. Prices are reasonable. Good-sized portions and chips, salsa, and beans were brought out as soon as we arrived. Our waiter was very efficient and so pleasant. We had 2 people arrive a little later, we ordered for them. Our server waited until they arrived to complete their order, so it was fresh.

We recently relocated to North Bend and tried out this restaurant because it had good reviews. It was FANTASTIC! I have to be gluten-free and I also have a lot of allergies.. I did not have any issues after eating here which is saying something! Definitely will be back!

Best Mexican restaurant in Coos Bay. Great for birthdays, group, and couples. El Guadalajara special is a great dish for those who want a little of land and sea.

The first time we went here everything was good. My son and I went here two weeks ago. He ordered the mac and cheese and didn’t like it. It was because of the cheese. I tasted it, and it was fine, but I could tell it wasn’t the regular cheese he was used to. I split my meal with him because he didn’t want the mac and cheese. When the waitress came to ask if we needed a box, I mentioned he didn’t like the mac and cheese. I mean, he only ate two bites out of it. You could see that the mac and cheese was hardly touched. Most places would take uneaten items off if a customer wasn’t satisfied with them or inquired what was wrong—neither of those happened here.

The staff/family are friendly and welcoming. Latest visit was very busy and they were short staffed but they did not fail on wonderful customer service. They are very accommodating to my dad in his powered wheelchair. Thank you El Guadalajera!

The tamales are yummy, stopped there for a quick snack after goodwillin with a friend. Service was beyond fun, treated us great comfort and humor! Upbeat and family was the atmosphere. Def be back to try other items. Oh I got 2 pork tamales with beans, rice, chips and salsa for $12.50. Plenty of food for a hungry post shopper. Ordered to go in while we waited at the bar in house and it only took 8 minutes. Fast! And it was steady.
