Handmade huarache!! Worth the drive:) Nephew thought the asada plate was wonderfully seasoned. Guacamole amazing. GREAT service. Authentic Mexican in small town Minnesota is hard to find. Different than other restaurants, but don’t let that deter you.

The food was very bland. Their salsas were very good but you only get a tiny cup. The service was good, but I’d rather drive to Rochester for more flavorful authentic Mexican food with sides, chips and salsa included in the price.

I had the corn and California burrito. Absolutely amazing. I’m so stuffed. Guys in there are real nice, and the place looks super clean and neat. Great place to come eat. Thanks guys.

I have been here several times and had several different dishes. My favorite is the quesadilla with pastor meat. The chips and salsa are also a favorite. It’s a treat to have such a great little authentic Mexican restaurant in our small town!

My first visit here but, it won’t be my last The food was good and authentic! I had the carnitas quesadilla, it was very filling. The guacamole was also very good. As others mentioned you are not waited on at the table, instead you order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. This was not an issue for me as I have been to other places that function this way.

Delicious food, friendly staff. Their California Burrito was the best burrito I’ve had in a while.

I always get the “el huaraches” and every time it is amazing, for anyone who doesn’t know it consists of a handmade tortilla with your choice of meat, cheese, onion, cilantro, and some great sauce

I love this place. I am from Los Angeles and the food helps me with my home sickness. It is typical street food, but it is so delicious and well made. Ever since they have opened this location, we go there at least once a week. I have not had any issues with their food. The red and green salsas are so good, I am glad that they give you one of each, but you can always ask for more. I like the complimentary lime water that they have on the counter. The menus list what is on the dish and they will gladly omit something for you.

Really tasty, authentic Mexican food. It seems another reviewer was expecting an American style Mexican restaurant – this is more like a traditional counter-service taqueria. The items do have descriptions, but there aren’t multiple pages of menu items with pictures, and sadly no margaritas, but the food is great – the sopes, huaraches and burritos are all delicious. The pastor is excellent! Service is friendly. Prices aren’t cheap, but nothing is these days, and small business owners must charge accordingly.
