I always give places the benefit of the doubt and I’m pretty flexible when it comes to food. We came here because we were hungry and in a rush to get out of town. The place is run down, definitely needs a good cleaning and refresher. The waitress was nice but she did try to correct one of my friends which made her not want to order anything. The prices for the food were fairly ridiculous because of where we were. We received our food fairly quickly and my food was okay, no complaints nothing special. Another friend’s food was bland, she did not like it. Then when we got the check there was a group charge, it was only 5 of us! I couldn’t believe it, not even to all the high end places, have I been charged a service charge with 5 people, it’s always been 7 or 8 people. I was pretty upset about that, so I would not recommend anyone to go here, go to a better Mexican restaurant that’s expensive but worth it.

There’s never a wait when I stop here. My sandwich of choice is the Cuban. Being a Florida native it’s nice to have authentic sandwiches that look as great as they taste. It’s an added bonus that their prices are super reasonable. If you’re in the area, please stop and give them a try.

(Lunch) heard this place updated their menu and added Cuban dishes..so gave it a try. Lechon asado was pretty good and portions are big. Service wasn’t bad either. Worth going back and trying other dishes..

Terrible experience. Racist staff. Took 15 minutes to get our drink order and was passed off to another server. Paid for extra sour cream and it was warm and spoiled. Paid for extra flour tortillas received corn mangled torn tortillas. Completely disappointed. Y’all should be ashamed. Never coming back. All staff was on the phone eating McDonald’s at the bar top. Baby A’s was closed that’s why we decided to try something new. Won’t happen again.

BEWARE! Menu prices are not accurate! Each thing we ordered ended up being $2-3 more than what was stated on the paper menu. I personally did not like the food either. I had the shrimp cocktail and it was more tomato juice than shrimp. It was also very sweet, which I was no impressed with. I will not be returning.

This restaurant is excellent. The portions are large and the the food is delicious. They have a large selection of dishes. Everything I have had there has been out of this world. A bonus is that the music played is great and isn’t too loud to disrupt conversation. I highly recommend checking this place out.
