We were looking for a stop on our way home to Ohio. So happy we picked here! The bean dip stuff they give you with the chips is so good. My husband said the salsa was delicious. The fried ice cream is to die for! I wish I hadn’t asked my husband to share one before we ordered because after one I bite I wanted to eat the whole thing lol.

Often the person to look for a hidden gem when traveling I was enticed to stop here by the reviews of ‘the spot next to a gas station’ and also the ‘tex-mex’ comments. The food did not disappoint (although both my sister and I wanted more heat) She had the carnitas and I ordered the Chiliqueles. Here we will insert the BEST SERVICE remarks as I did not like them – no problem – the waitress whisked them away and returned pretty promptly with enchiladas Verde specially made with pork. A nice lunch stop, only four stars because they are not licensed for tequila

The food was good. We prefer our Mexican a little spicier. The chips amd salsa came out with refried beams. The guacamole was chunky with Pico like we like. The service was great. Great service and good food in a CLEAN atmosphere (don’t be put off by the fact that it’s attached to a gas station). I really enjoyed the fresh salsa! Our only complaint was that the cheese on the Aroz con Pollo was too salty.

The food is so good every time we come. Never disappoints. I ordered the nachos supreme and it was delicious!!!! I love how it has beef and chicken and the beans are delicious!!! My husband ordered the burrito texacanas and it was delicious as well! Definitely recommend this Mexican restaurant.
