My only regret is that my vocabulary isn’t strong enough to sing the praises that this place deserves. Friendly service, fair prices, amazing food, and huge portions! I asked for omelette and they brought half of the farm! I couldn’t even enough to fit all of my left overs in a single box.

Visited the Calvada location and was surprised to see how large it was inside. Could be a nice venue for private parties on one side. Had #19 wet burrito with carne asada and green sauce. Was ok and took half home. Sister enjoyed #32 with Chile relleno, chicken enchilada and crisp shredded beef taco. She really liked her meal and would return again. She especially liked the raspberry iced tea! We will likely return for another dish sometime soon.

Great food and great service. I have always enjoyed eating at El Jefe’s, the one off of hwy160. This was our first time at the one on Calvada. This eatery lives up to the quality food and service I’ve come to expect from El Jefe’s. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this establishment. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This place is outstanding, great portions of food, great flavor taste, and outstanding wait staff! Food has been piping hot each time we have been. The Agua frescas are worth a stop in by themselves! I’m not sure why people say there is no good food in Pahrump unless they do not like Mexican food. My wife loves this place! We are making our way thru the menu, Chile Colorado, shrimp wrapped in bacon, chicken tacos, chicken enchiladas and again, the Agua frescas have all been amazing!

The staff were constantly running around the restaurant, leading to slow service. My group was split on their meals. The chicken mole is very sweet and has a strong cinnamon taste. Not for the faint of heart.
