Good Mexican good. Fast service, fresh chips, salsa with a tiny kick, perfect queso. I had a quesadilla with chicken, spinach and mushrooms-not much cheese but it was fresh tasting. I got a small guacamole salad which was amazing! My daughter got a rice bowl with meat and cheese on it, she felt like it didn’t have enough cheese but our server brought another small bowl right away to add to it and keep our waters filled and checked on us attentively. The decor is beautiful and clean. The parking at El Jinete is a healthy lot. It’s next to Movie Tavern behind Dunkin Donuts on the coned of Sandy Plains and 92. The menu was huge-lots of choices! Definitely need to go back and try classic fare!
