This restaurant is disgusting. I ate there once, a friend that works there tells me all about it. The food in the freezer downstairs is slimy and frosted. The chicken is five days old and it is put back in the oven and sold to customers. The chef seasons the food with gloves and I was told she licks the glove to taste and does not change into clean ones. The waitress there had a horrible attitude and the manager doesn’t do her job correctly. She is well Aware of all of the things being done wrong and just chooses to stand by and let these things happen. This happened about a month ago. These people are constantly changing employees because nobody wants to work here due to the poor management.

I have eaten from this restaurant for a few years. My colleagues from school where I work at love this spot. Their food is very good and the service from the staff is very good as well. I am very satisfied. Friendly staff and also help when you can’t find parking they try to take your order quickly. I appreciate all of this staff. Great job guys. 10 STARS from me!!

If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would give it a complete disaster since you enter an infernal heat you cannot be inside inhumane conditions for customers and employees. An employee was about to pass out from the heat. The food was terrible and the manager or the owners do not care about the place completely a Disappointment.

I ordered for the first time it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my food after an hour I called to find out the status they told me it’s on its way so I decided to wait 40 minutes after the delivery man is calling me I’m right in front of him. Food was cold no flavor chicken was dry and burnt. I only live 5 blocks away. Never again. I will continue to order from caridad on gun hill rd they are further with faster service and great tasting food.

The food is the most horrible I’ve ever had. I ordered their #1 which was one whole chicken that was about two days old, dry and hard; large rice that was old; medium beans which was cold and had no beans but only bean juice; fried plaintains that were old. This meal cost me $23 and I have a $7 dollar tip for the delivery. Had to throw the good in the garbage PLEASE, I beg everyone not to order from them. I sure won’t ever order from them again. The nyc department of health needs to shut them down. THE WORST
