Food was delicious, plentiful and not too expensive. Was very pleased with the appearance as well as the taste. Shrimp tacos filled me up as so the steak burrito filled up my other half & his stomach was a bottomless pit. Wil definitely return again soon.

Food is good, restaurant is nice inside and clean. But if you go in to order to go they will not give you chips and salsa, even if you order several things for pick up all they give you is a condiment cup of salsa. Super disappointing since MOST Mexican restaurants give you free chips and salsa any time you order. They also charge after the first basket while you eat in, when most restaurants give you unlimited free chips and salsa while you are dining in. Love their empanadas but will search for a somewhere that doesn’t do this.

It definitely tasted authentic. I really enjoyed the chips and salsa! I was sad it wasnt unlimited, but the first basket is free. Service wasn’t on point and neither was cleanliness. I had a margarita and for the first time in my life I didn’t finish it. My chicken fajita was delicious…..extra loaded with onion.

El Maguey offers some unique Mexican dishes that I haven’t seen offered at other local places. They’re definitely worth a try. The food was great, portions are decent, and the chips are perfectly done. The service was great. The only weak part was the salsa is pretty plain.

We went for dinner, the service was great, the dinner was great and our plates were packed. I forgot to post after eating here, so I don’t have any pictures. They serve all the Mexican drinks, but on this day they didn’t have Horchata. The piña was very good! We took home leftovers.
