Delicious tacos!!! Homemade tortilla (amazing!!) filled with good quality meat (no grizzly pieces! not drenched in oil!). Had al pastor, asada, and carnitas. Everything was fresh and so tasty. I usually never eat the radishes provided by taco trucks but I ate all of these! The thin slices are perfect. Enough lime wedges for all tacos. Pineapple salsa on the al pastor was great. Beautiful presentation and friendly, kind service. You can tell they put care into their food. The high quality and amount of food makes price ($3.50/taco) totally reasonable. El Mas Chingon is special and I can’t wait to return!! Highly recommend!

I keep meaning to post this, as I have eaten here easily 6-7 times in November since I ‘discovered’ their truck. The tacos are AMAZING. I’m sure the other food is too, but I am stuck on their seasonal shrimp tacos with mashed avocado and mango salsa. The Al Pastor is also fantastic. All the other tacos (carnitas, asada, etc) are good but those 2 are my faves right now.

Been wanting to try El Mas Chingon, and started with classic tacos – carne asada and carnitas. First, house made tortillas always a plus, and they held up well. I liked how well the asada was cut into small bits. I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu?
