They have got to figure out a better parking situation! Every time I drive by one of their customers almost causes an accident backing into traffic and always causes a traffic jam. I’ll don’t shop there specifically because of this.

I had no choice to rate this place in order to post my review but my reason to not give this place any stars was due to their service, before my experience with them i would’ve rated them with a 2 stars only for their tamales, but it seems they are not authentic enough to comprehend on how customer service works so im giving them a negative 5, and my reason so is because i was shorted on an order, and they refuse to make it right regardless of their signs it shouldn’t be a customers responsibility to make sure to have the full order, customer service is also part of the business making sure the order is correct before customer leaves their place of business, and the second reason is I had purchased several sweet items only to find worms in the products, I will leave my rate and move on, word of advise to owner of el metate that your lack of customer service skills isn’t enough to make you authentic.

The tamales were great they have green chili chicken, red chili pork, green chili cheese not exactly Grandma’s recipe but pretty damn close and they were fat no skimping on the fixings or the meats. Definitely coming back for snacks and Mexican sodas thanks guys staff was nice.
