Enjoyable experience, great food. It seems expensive at first, but the sheer amount of food you get is on par for the price. Customer service was great. However, they asked if we wanted more chips and salsa. We said yes, but they never came. Over all wonderfully experience and will plan on going again!

Wow…great service, really nice menu and potent “skinny” Margherita! Fourth time thru Medford, first time at El Molcajete. Highly recommend…Chili Verde was extremely tender, Chili Colorado very rich. Love it!

Food was okay, not the best. Waitress brought us regular soda instead of diet soda. ( big deal if your Diabetic!) Way too much lettuce in the picadillo taco. Chile relleno was okay. Sauce was the same as the one on the burrito. First waiter seamed mad because we wanted a different table. Not very friendly.

Took my family here a couple weeks ago. The servers were polite and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner. The kids have been asking to go back. Stop in and check it out if you’re in the mood for Mexican. 🙂

We were greeted by a very happy man who turned out to be our server – perhaps the owner. Very good with friendly repartee. Food was delicious, and portions were large enough that we each had another meal. I had the cheese enchilada with rice & and a chili rellano. Highly recommend. We’ll be back for certain.

Love eating here, and do so with friends every time I’m back in Medford. The service is always cheerful and efficient. The food is delicious. I love that they bring you refried beans as well as the salsa with the chips. I often get the fajitas, and I love that they give you 4 tortillas when most only give you 3. My only wish is that they wouldn’t be quite so efficient at sautéing the vegetables. I’d love to see them caramelized. I only snapped a picture of the cute drink, but the food was certainly worthy. The ambiance is varied depending on your preference. The open bar area is my preference, but the restaurant proper is fun and authentic and comfortable.

We love El Molcajete! Especially on Sundays because (as of 4/21/23) kids eat for $1 on Sundays. Me and my wife split the yummy fajitas and the girls get a kids meal and we get out of there under $30. PLENTY of seating like all the time for any sized group. Food is usually delicious. Only had a few dishes that people said were ‘just alright’. Oh and the Molcajete bowl is delicious.

Our server made a mistake on our margaritas and brought out free tequila shots as a result. The food is respectable but nothing special. My pork carnitas were tender and tasty but gray in color. Service was slow, and we had to request utensils.
