I come here on a consistent basis. Waiters are always friendly and timely. To the point where I don’t even have to speak they know what I’m getting. An El Nopal is a El Nopal. But if you’re in a bit of a rush this may be the location you’re looking for. Plus better quality of food then going to McDonalds

Great food – TERRIBLE service! We dined mid-afternoon on July 4th. Restaurant was NOT busy. Server took our drink and food orders. Once drinks, chips, and food were delivered, server disappeared. Had to flag down another server to get a drink refill. Received drink refill at end of our meal. Server never checked on us or asked how our food was. We usually dine at the Gardiner Lane location where service is most always very good.

I gave it 4 stars overall the food was great unfortunately the service was not. Only 3-4 tables taken but the service was terrible. Maybe it was a bad time to visit for lunch the guy waiting on us was constantly standing around and had to be flagged down for anything we needed.When he finally did approach our table he never apologized but always had some mindless grade school chatter to offer which only made him seem not only lost in a physical sense but mindful as well.If the place had even half way decent servers It would of been 5 stars . We did leave a tip only because the food was great but upon checking out the same guy seemed noticeably stale and even rude without even a thank you. Two of us spent $50.00 and a $10.00 tip. It’s terrible this place had great food but the atmosphere is in dire need of a quality server staff.

Dada’s Girls (Chocolate Thunda)

I decided to get some “To-go” for my best friend’s birthday because Mexican is her favorite. This was my 1st time visiting this location and even entering was a little uninviting. I had to ask someone where to place an order. While placing my order, I felt a little RUSHED..i had questions and they were met with very short, snappy answers. I don’t know if the guy taking orders was the one that always takes orders, because in the middle of me ordering he took a phone call(Yes, rude) and he stated that they were very short staffed on the phone. I opted for 2 orders of the fajita nachos. Now i don’t know if this is normal practice but the do NOT put the nachos on the side, so by the time i got to my destination, my nachos were soggy and soft. I also ordered guacamole and a quesadilla…which my total was around $50. Not only did they forget the quacamole but for the price, i shouldn’t have gotten to eat soggy nachos. So needless to say that i am 100% disappointed, the food seemed like it would have been excellent if i dined in but i would never order “to-go” from them again.

My personal favorite location of this restaurant. The staff are very friendly and the food is consistent. Food always comes out hot, and servers make good rounds to refill your drink. The parking lot is a little crazy but they added an outside seating area.
