APRIL FITTS

I’m not sure what the deal is with this location, but we have eaten here over 50 times and they can never understand that we want GROUND BEEF in our Enchilada De Creme. it’s been at least 20 our of the 50 it’s been wrong. I’m done. Also had a inside visit o Mothers day with sad service. I’d think move on down the road if I were you.

I walked in and placed a to go order. The lady said 10 minutes. I ordered chicken fajita nachos with the chips on the side(2 orders). 40 minutes later I still had not received my food after watching others come and go with theirs. So I asked to speak with the manager. He was extremely rude and messed up my food 4 times before getting it right but also spilling queso and salsa in my bag. The customer service is horrible the manager is rude and I don’t recommend anyone going there. They did nothing to compensate me for my time and would not give me e refund after spending over an hour waiting for a 10 minute order. I would give ZERO stars if possible!!!!
