I ordered 3 birria tacos and a Diet Coke. The tacos were very small. Total was almost $15. I left hungry. The tacos were good, …just too small and not priced correctly for size, location and atmosphere.

So delicious!!!! These birria tacos were the bomb dot com! Seriously ! Sooo much flavor, and they gave us so many extra sauces, and grilled onions. We ordered about 23 tacos for $106, which I think is a decent price! The wait was not long either especially for the amount of tacos we ordered! Everyone loved them, the kids couldn’t stop eating them either! The restaurant itself was extremely clean and tidy and the staff was so kind and friendly and answered any questions we had with great detail! Definitely will be back!

I’ve visited a couple times. Good food and nice staff. They don’t have Tamales consistently. The staff member I most recently spoke to explained that tamales are labor intensive to cook. Fair.

In an unsuspecting strip mall, El Nopal humbly provides fantastic mexican staples. This is the kind of place with a small menu of all top quality items. The birria tacos/quesabirria are the best I’ve had in my life and for sure the OP here. The enchiladas de mole are also very good. Do come in and support a small business that offers quality at a good price!
