Foods ok but you need to get there before the guitar player does if you want to eat in. Last time we were there, we had to get our food packed up to go because the music (noise)was so loud we literally got a headache! It was so loud we had to scream the order to the waitress 3 times! & she still couldn’t get it right!!! But the drunks liked it…lol. I also have to agree with the other ratings about the service. Not the greatest.

Service NOT THAT GOOD. had to wait for about 10-15 for a waitress, when we ask for service we were told that another waitress was in charge of our table. she finally come and took our order but she was not to friendly. Not once did our waitress come and ask us if we needed anything not once! but she did make a few trips to the party next to us that had over 6-7 (more tip maybe)

Came to see the Kchechente show, but while there order micheladas they were great! Also piña colada and it did not disappoint! Food was great as well! All the staff was very attentive specially the place manager Tony and the security guard. I would definitely be going back with or without a show.

Food was good just the only thing is that a friend of mine left his iPhone at the restaurant and I called they said they didn’t have it. We ran the I cloud locater and it showed up that it was still at the restaurant. Went back and told employees the phone is there and they kept saying it wasn’t until, we said we were going to call the police it somehow was in the managers office the whole time.

I literally was standing for more than min. all eyes on me and never greeted. it’s not about how you feel you treated the customer, it’s been about how your client felt treated.. basic customer Service. Customers must be Greeted Within 15 seconds from the moment they step into your business.
