Attempted to dine in twice before I actually dining in. The first two attempts we walked out after standing waiting to be seated as the establishment was full. Each time, we, among all others waiting, were never acknowledged. Names were not being taken to ensure seating fairness. Staff walked past several times without even a look. Both times we walked out. 3rd attempt (only because my father wanted to eat there) we were seated. The establishment was not full. Wait staff walked passed several times with no acknowledgment and the wait to even get a menu was unacceptable. Customer service skills goes a long way in gaining loyalty from customers, however, this place just doesn’t have it.

I gave this Mexican Restaurant One Star for several reasons, & those reasons are: First we were new to the town…so the local tap faucet water was NOT to our liking, & they wouldn’t let us bring our own water!! Second the Burrito was soggy the tortilla kept crumbling. So it couldn’t be eaten like a burrito. Thirdly, the pictures on the web do not represent the food being served (web pics look a lot better). & lastly the cashier in the picture was RUDE, Not only did she not want us to come in with the water but stated we couldn’t “drink it while dining there”

It is a very busy place because it has great food. I don’t need to write a review for those native to Wichita Falls, but if you are a visitor you should consider checking it out. They start off serving hearty breakfast burritos.

Me and my girlfriend went for breakfast and we enjoyed our food. Plus the server got our daughter’s food first so that way she was fed and she wasn’t mad while waiting. Best breakfast burrito I’ve had in a while, I don’t understand all the hate for this place

Food was authentic and delicious. Each plate had such food. I got the barbacoa plate and substituted the rice for potatoes. Oh and their flour tortillas are HUGE! My plate in the picture is a dinner plate and notice the size of the tortilla. Customer service was friendly, accurate and quick.
