The food is GREAT! My family and I are from Miami and we’re craving some fritanga (that’s what Nica food is referred to in Miami) El Oasis Restaurant hit the spot!! Our waiter was a young man and he was very nice took our orders and had the food brought to our table. It is an hour away from us but we will most definitely be back! The place is clean food is fresh and tastes AMAZING!

A bit dirty inside, bumped into a big roach as soon as I sat down. The food is good except the meat. It is also overpriced. $19 for a carne asada plate. The service was great. The owner is very sweet and welcoming.

Good food, very authentic. The place is small and the a/c was out when we went i think because it was hot. The people that run this place are very friendly.

I don’t claim to know anything about nicaraguan food, but the quesillo was cheap and tasted great. Very filling.

I was looking forward to have some Nicaragüense food only to meet with disappointment. The food was old, I ordered fritanga which comes with fried pork, Gallopinto, salad and plantains and the only thing that was good was the plantains. I also ordered Nacatamal to take home in hopes that it would be better but it was also old. Please don’t go and waste your money on this place.

A bit on the high side on price and don’t go if you’re not that hungry it’s a lot of food.

Customer service is not good. After requesting for the carne asada to be remade since it was too hard to chew at all, they made it seem like it’s normal with well done when it is not. I don’t know how it changed when I first went since this time the visit was not good. Overall, everything was good except the meat and they didn’t do anything about it to be fixed so I paid for meat that was later taken to the dogs since they can chew through that.

Nice small restaurant. Good environment and very polite and safety wise personnel as far as wearing mask on this time of pandemic. As far as good and typical dishes, I would say is “A+” number 1super delicious and economic. I would 100% will recommend to everybody.

I was looking for a place with Nicaraguan food, which is my favorite Latin American food. You don’t find too many places that serve it, but this place is amazing! If you haven’t tried Nicaraguan food you need to. My favorites are platanos maduros and queso frito. Also make sure you get gallo pinto.

Excellent food, but the music killed this place, I hope they read this. Shortly after ordering the woman behind the counter decided to turn the stereo at maximum volume, incredible. This place is not that big and is the kind of restaurant I like, but not the loud music So if you come here I recommend the food to go.
