We tried two dishes. They look exactly the same. They tasted okay. Nothing great. The portions are huge. Could not finish them. The place is out of noodles. The interiors are huge. They could easily accommodate huge groups.

The staff is incredibly nice but this place seems to be having an identity crisis. It used to be Mexican, now it’s Vietnamese, the staff was neither. The food is underwhelming. The dumplings and the egg rolls have the same weird blended meat filling. No vegetables/cabbage like normally in an egg roll. My combo noodle dish came out with zero sauce. Literally plain rice noodles. They brought some sauce when I asked but it didn’t seem to fit with the rest of the dish. The protein on top was good – but honestly tasted like steak or chicken you would find in a taco.

Our server George was excellent, the food was great. Loved the pho and my friend had the combination noodle bowl. We highly recommend!

Our sixth day traveling in Colorado, from Denver, to Estes Park and across Trail Ridge to Grand Lake on our way to Boulder. We’ve eaten a lot of meals over the past 7 days, but this was the absolute BEST meal we’ve had, hands down! I love pho. I eat it every chance I get and thought I’d had the best in Nashville, TN, but turns out, the BEST is here! Pho was fresh and amazing, with sides of basil, cilantro, fresh jalapenos, limes and sprouts for toppings.Service was fast and very friendly! I could see me flying out here again just for the pho!

Deep in the mountain and lake, out of nowhere basically, lol…this pho place is a gem! The soup is very flavorful and rich with layers. Nothing’s more soothing than a warm hot noodle soup , esp. it’s snowing at the end of May( unbelievable). Fish and jalapeño fried rice is unique, and egg rolls are okay. Surely recommend this place!

The food was great(definitely get some dumplings and pho). However, the service was slow, and I think they are understaffed, and honestly, I don’t think the workers can understand English very well. I think this place used to be a Mexican restaurant because it still looks like one, and the workers are Hispanic. Still, I would come back… just have lots of patience or have an understanding of español.

We ordered our food and we had to wait 45 minutes for it, despite the restaurant being pretty empty. I even overheard the waiter tell someone that the kitchen wasn’t backed up. We ordered a sesame chicken, which was super oily and bland, and I got fried rice instead of steamed rice, which I asked for. The spring rolls are super overpriced, poorly rolled, and the filling was just vegetable and one piece of shrimp. We also ordered some pho which was terrible as well. The beef meatballs were fried then boiled (likely frozen) and the broth was flavorless. The broth also had way too much msg.

The staff is very friendly and wants to help; however, they suffer from the same problem as other restaurants in regards to having enough well organized staff. With that being said the food was excellent 5 stars, and Vegetarians are very welcome here. I would TOTALLY go back!

This review would be ZERO stars if I could. THIS is what you want representing your business?!? Fried dumplings, crab & cream cheese wontons, and combination fried rice. This was my entire takeout order tonight. I got all the way back to my hotel before realizing the atrocities enacted on two of the three dishes. The dumplings looked like they were dropped into a deep fryer and burned, quite literally, to a crisp. The crab & cream cheese wontons were equally ruined. The combination fried rice was not overcooked, but there was no flavor to it. This is a SHARP contrast to the dine-in experience we had in your establishment last summer. $40.41 lesson learned. That is the last of my money you’ll see. I understand prices are higher in the mountain towns, but where is the quality? If this is what gets done to takeout orders because we’re not likely to come back to complain, well you’re right. We won’t return for anything. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go dig a grave for the dumpling and wonton victims of your kitchen.
