Normally, when you order fish tacos, it’s a mystery as to what you might get. The only constant between places seems to be greasy fish—not so with El Paisa! I thought I died and went to Fish Taco heaven! This was like no fish taco I’ve ever had the pleasure of having before—I wanted two more.

This is a food truck near Costco Redwood City and next to Outdoor Supply Hardware. I didn’t know what a mulitas was until I decided to try something different. I loved it, because it was crunchy crispy since they fry two corn tortillas. It’s kind of like a quesadilla and hard taco shell. The meat was suadero beef. I also had an Al Pastor taco and Quesabirria. All good but mulitas was my favorite that day. Great food and service.
