First day open and I had an excellent Birria quesadilla. It came with a side of broth and was fantastic. The staff was super friendly. They went over the full menu and brought out a sample for me as well as a cucumber-mint refreshment. They don’t have everything available on the menu yet, but it’s all coming soon. I can’t wait to get back and try their ceviche tostada. They really hit the ground running and it’s nice to have an alternative here in Ingram.

Different but nothing fancy or impressive. I got the tripas, my favorite, but I had never had tripas made like this. I think the cook improvised. They are new and I hope they pick their game up, they have great menu items but following short on presentation and taste.

We came here after picking up our daughter at camp because it had 4.7 stars. WHOA. Major five star experience. Tacos were insane and highly recommend.

Don’t let the spartan exterior fool you. This place is fan-frekingtastic. It ain’t Tex-Mex. It’s the real deal. If you’re near and don’t try you’ll be sorry. Of that I can assure.

The service was great; however, the food was not good. I ordered the guisada plate. The beef was tender, but the sauce was prepackaged and bland. The refried beans were scorched and had a terrible flavor. The rice was bland. My husband’s plate came with barracho beans which were not only cold, but seemed like they use hot dogs in them. I would not recommend this restaurant.

What a great place! Everything we’ve tried is wonderful, but my favorite so far is Chicharron Prensado tacos! It has become our go-to spot for breakfast tacos for family and friends visiting – everyone is impressed. Enchiladas were great for lunch. Forgot the name of the plate, but my wife loves their pollo lunch that was done to perfection. Owners and everyone who works here very friendly and sincere. We are glad they are here!
