Their carne asada was amazing, super authentic! Im small 5’3 120lb and I didn’t feel like the food portion was enough. I also feel like my plate should have came with rice. It only came with bean, salad, pico de gallo and guac. I’m use to having rice with that combo. Other than that, margaritas were great and affordable

Excellent staff and excellent food! Have eaten multiple Mexican restaurants in the Greenville – Winterville, NC area and in my personal opinion El Ranchero’s Mexican Restaurant is by far the best best I’ve ever had anywhere even in other towns. Don’t know if I was really hungry or what and I will try again to verify my opinion but yes El Ranchero’s reigns supreme!

Went here for my 21st, the service was great and the food was almost just as good. The chicken I had was slightly too salty but overall the food tasted pretty good. The price wasn’t bad at all, one of the best prices you will get for Mexican food in Greenville. The location isn’t bad either, not hard to find, and plenty of parking. Would recommend 9/10.
