This is my kind of place, not the fanciest place, but the food is outstanding. I ordered the carnitas, what I always order first time at a Mexican restaurant, and they definitely passed that test. I also ate half my wife’s food, the enchilada sauce is amazing.

We had a party of 6 + a baby and the waitress was short with us and kept rolling her eyes at us. This was the first time we ate here, and we asked her for a little more time to order, but that just seemed to tick her off. Our check was divided between two of us and we were both charged for a couple things twice. The atmosphere was fun though, and we saw a couple friends that were also trying them for the first time.

Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant in the Indianapolis area and beyond. You will not find more authentic food nor a better price, not to mention that everything is cooked perfectly every time and there is almost no wait most of the time. Staff if friendly and courteous as well. All and all its a great experience evertime, a definite must for any Mexican food enthusiasts!

Large portion sizes along with authentic food make this my new go to restaurant for mexican fare. During my first trip I had the super burrito which was delicious and huge. For my second visit I had nopales, grilled jalapeno & onions with rice and beans along with a nice cold beer. The portions again were generous and the food tasty. The only downside is it is in a congested area and parking can be tricky. Overall well worth it.

Horrible service. Ordered take out was quoted 10 minutes. Took over 30 minutes to receive food which was just cheese dip and quesadillas. Food is average. Beans are runny. Not worth it. Much better Mexican restaurants in the area. Avoid this one.
