I travel a lot for work so I eat at a lot of restaurants, sometimes “budget priced” and sometimes very pricey. I have to say this is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. My two table companions (coworkers) agreed. The atmosphere is down to earth, the prices were reasonable, and we seriously discussed what more we could order (we were full after our entrees) just to give this place more of our money. Seriously, try it. If I ever find myself in Merced again I’ll be back, probably every night.

Rico menudo. Delicious – with the right amount of onion, oregano, and hot corn tortillas on the side. I enjoyed the quiet environment at noontime and the music playing on one corner while news displayed on the second screen. I will be back for more delicious food and for the great customer service. I enjoyed a Jamaica flavored drink and I’m looking forward to the enchilada meal! Gracias!

The worst coctel de camaron ever! The shrimp was soggy it tasted like it was defrosted for hours, and the juice was warm (i thought coctel de camaron should be cold) just plain wuakala i just forced myself to eat it cuz it was pricey. Let me save you the hassle I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dish, but if you want to try for yourself be my guest. Will take my business somewhere else.

I have been at taco trucooks and other restaurants in merced and this is my favorite place to get a Burrito. The young ladies are always helpful and very nice. It really makes you feel welcome the service is wonderful. I like how I have The option to play music. The burrito tastes better than most places here in merced. They serve you chips and salsa and don’t complain if you’re getting water. This place is always clean and it is a great place to eat.

Al pastor was juicy & flavorful. I got tacos de tripa that didnt make the photo #smacked my son got the wet burrito. I dont care for green sauce in general so i can’t say anything about that. However he enjoyed it. Asada fries didnt make the photo but they were on my snap that day! service was quick, & the agua fresca seemed watered down… But had great food!

The lady at the front desk has a hearing problem or just don’t no how to listen while she is taken the order I told her, can I get two Michelada and two menudo I even reconfirm with her after I said that’s all I wanted so we get seated and waiting there for 30 mins thinking we’re getting are menudo other people walking in getting there food before us so I went to the front desk and ask we’re are menudo and she said I only charged for Micheladas like are you that stupid you think I came to sit down and eat chips and one beer never will go here ago happen there times already with this lady at the front desk I just walked out cause I reconfirmed with her before I payed 2 menudo
