This place is ok. I was not impressed by the California burrito or the price. The meat could be better, the salsa verde was basic, and I did not like the red sauce at all. The size, however, is very large and probably why it’s so expensive. I will give them praise for putting sauces and utensils in the bag.

Bolt Burrito is the size of your forearm!!! Truly monstrous and oh so delicious. No regrets whatsoever. Staff was friendly and the burrito was wrapped really good. Give this place a try.

Burritos are absolutely MASSIVE and worth it. Tacos are individually priced and pretty hefty too. I got 2 of the fish tacos and 2 of the carne asada tacos and it was wayyy more food than I expected. Service was great! It was ready in less than 10 minutes. They’ve got tons of fun menu items. Will definitely be going back.

The food is pretty standard for the cheap Mexican style San Diego’s known for. The salsas are quite good and the star of the show. Unfortunately they are pretty sloppy with their ingredients and often you find a big onion and other ingredients in things they don’t belong. Speaking of onions, they absolutely load up their burritos with raw onions. The place is mediocre but better than most places in the area.

Today is first time ordering from this taco shop and I gotta say I’m dropping my original go to taco shop for El Papas Fritas taco shop! Sorry not sorry. I came across them on DoorDash and so happy I made the choice the food was on point, very delicious. Definitely recommend it!

I got the chili rellenos plate. I have to say, these are some of the best chili rellenos I have ever had. They are egg batter style, which I shouldn’t even have to note because that’s the only way to make a proper chili relleno. And the portion is huge! I can’t wait to head back to this place!

Excellent taco shop options..the loaded fries and burritos are awesome. There are some special burritos in this menu..the bacon wrapped burrito sold me. ❤At first sight.. Tasy too.. The paquiau are legit..servings are pretty hooked up..check them out…enjoy
