Nice location located in strip mall so plenty of parking for a easy in and out. Came in and was promptly greeted and shown a table. Was given adequate time to look at menu before order taken. The food arrived in 5 minutes or less was piping hot and tasty.

I had a side order of rice and beans (to mix with salsa and dip with chips-my favorite, until….) and a mushroom quesadilla from the appetizer menu. Mushroom quesadilla might be the best thing I have ever had at a restaurant!!! So simple but high quality fresh mushrooms seared to perfection and not too much cheese. It was indescribably good!!! I’m seeing more of those in my future!!!

Great prices, hot food, and nice enough service! And I disagree with the part that says “small plates”, I think they are the perfect size. But I can agree with other reviewers that the food lacks authentic spice. And I’m not talking about spiciness, I mean flavor. I ordered the chicken chimichanga (as pictured) ($6.95 for lunch) and it was good! But the pulled chicken tasted just like a Food City/Walmart roasted chicken, not the seasoned up with green pepper and onion, etc. that you’re used to.

On our way back home decided to stop here and eat. Food was good! Not authentic Mexican food but it was good! Definitely worth a try! Service was great! And the restaurant and restrooms were clean, that is definitely a plus for me!!

The man who answers the phone and takes orders is always hateful. Never fails. He’s almost just down right rude. The food is good and the prices ain’t horrible but it never fails the man is hatful as all get out. It don’t matter if your dining in or getting takeout.
