Had an amazing first experience of Colombian food here. Came in for a late dinner and the live music singer was incredible and all the patrons were joyously singing along. The food was excellent – we quite enjoyed every bit of our big sample platter and the soup was lovely! Also enjoyed the lulo fruit juice and trying their passion fruit cracker dessert. So much more I want to try next time :))

My wife and I went to this restaurant for the first time, and given that my wife is Colombian, it will mostly reflect her words, given that this is the kind of food with which she grew up.

This is my first time trying Colombian cuisine. We got pony malta, pollo guisado and bistec a caballo. The malt beverage had a unique caramel and nutty taste. Never had something like that before. The chicken had nice broth and was good. The skirt steak was good in quantity and well cooked. Service wise, it was okay. We asked for a center table which needed to be cleared before we could shift there. So we’re given a corner table meanwhile. However, the waiter forgot this and then we had to move ourselves to a different table.

I rarely write reviews, but holy crud this was good! Came with a few friends and we all had the bandeja paisa. We couldn’t stop talking about how amazingly delicious it was. And it’s a massive Fred Flintstone portion of food. The aguardiente mojito was a great way to wash it down.

I had never had Colombian food before. If you’ve ever stumbled across another of my reviews you might notice some themes – this year’s theme is to try things I’ve never tried. I’d love to learn more about Colombian food, because my first outing to this restaurant was really great. The service was fast and efficient, the place was bright and cheerful, and the food was delicious. I came for lunch, but I saw that they had speaker stands which makes me wonder if they have live music sometimes. As I now work in this neighborhood, I will come back and try it again.

I had a hankering for Colombian food and this fit the bill. Was so glad to see the classics on the menu. I had the bandeja paisa and my husband had the mojarra frita. The chicharrón, rice and beans were all excellent while I wish the steak and fish had a bit more seasoning.

We loved the space, which is bright and airy. We got the Aguila beer and the passion fruit juice, both of which were cold and refreshing. The food was excellent as well, the empanada de carne was fresh, hot, and delicious, and an excellent way to start your meal. We shared the churrasco and bandeja paeso, which both came with huge portions and were cooked to perfection, delicious, and had plenty of sides. We’ll definitely be back, loved everything.

Love this place! As a Colombian, I definitely approve and have come here a few times! I anyways get the Blackberry Smoothie, so so good. I definitely have a sweet tooth, so the smoothie satisfies, but you should try it because Colombia is known for their fruit beverages! My favorite dish here is the Pollo Guisado. It’s a stewed, tender chicken with amazing Latin flavors. Can’t go wrong. My partner who isn’t Colombian usually gets the Bandeja Paisa, which is just a collection of many meats and sides that are traditional to Colombia. It’s a heavy dish, but it’s an essential rite of passage.
