While traveling from Denver, someone from the area recommended this place! We were so pleasantly surprised to find amazingly delicious Mexican food in Haxtun, CO!! El Paso is a true gem!!! We were super tired after our roadtrip and our lovely server had great suggestions, meat and shrimp fajitas and a mixed platter that included a chimichanga, Chile relleno and something else with chicken that was super yummy too. My friend I was traveling with is from Mexico City and she absolutely loved the food! Service was top notch, the food came out fast and looked so much better than in their menu’s photos. Too bad that I can’t post here my video as you would see the beautiful steam coming out of the fajitas!! Everything tasted super fresh and delicious and had almost a homemade feel to it – though homemade by someone who can really cook 🙂 Congrats to the owners and staff of this new restaurant, wishing them lots of well deserved success!!

Big portion, sizes! Fresh food! The Relleno very cheesy in the best way! Not one complaint. My only opinion is the sauces could be a little bit spicier, but that’s just a matter of personal preference. Better to go mild and everyone add their own spice, then too spicy and have folks not enjoy it. It’s nice to finally have a Mexican restaurant out here in northeast Colorado to enjoy, especially open seven days a week!

Probably the best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. It is so delicious, the service is incredibly fast. The owner Jose is the nicest person, and all the servers are friendly and helpful. Please stop, even if you are just driving by l! You won’t regret the stop!

My grandma got the wrong meat but that’s not a big thing. It was amazing food, and the servers are amazing. So happy to have a new place in town. Love how they kept some of the inside from the previous place. I got the Burrito Loco, omg it was so much better than any place in the city, they really pay attention to the food. I would recommend the drive up here just to try it!

My husband and I are working our way through the menu… I have not been disappointed with a single thing we’ve had. But I have to say my all time favorite is the 3 beef tacos… I don’t know what they put in their beef but whatever it is it’s awesome.
