This was our 1st time there .. I ordered the chicken fajita burrito with the rice and beans on the side .. Johnnie ordered the beef fajita burrito with the guacamole on the side .. when the food came out it was all wrong .. they left the guacamole on the beef burrito .. they brought out the rice and beans for the chicken burrito .. they put the guacamole on the side for the chicken burrito .. and they still put the rice and beans inside the burrito .. sent it back .. they then brought me a shredded chicken burrito .. sent it back .. after about 30 minutes they said the chicken burrito would be right out .. I was basically already full from eating chips and guacamole .. the server apologized and said it would be taken off the bill and we could take it to go .. Johnnie’s food was great .. the 2 bites I had from my original burrito was good .. wonderful flavors ..

Food was pleantiful and hot. Good taste. Service was sub par. Never once came back to check on us. Cant get a refill to save your life. Waitress was the Only one in dining area but it was only Me my wife and one other couple. This server has zero customer service skills.

As a native Texan my entire life, I somewhat balked at the idea of Mexican food when visiting Ohio. I stand corrected. El Paso Mexican Grill is not only delicious, but also fairly authentic in its flavors. I’d put it up against any Mexican eatery back home.

Great food! The booths need to be spaced a little better. We were kinda cramped.

Called in to order take out, got told it would be 20 minutes and got told my order number, I show up and I pay and I get all the way home to realize we got nothing we ordered, I called and they said okay come back, I drove all the way back to get told I can’t get my actual food I ordered because I didn’t bring the food I got the first time back (after I opened it and everything) and since I didn’t bring it back I would have to pay for my actual order, my Boyfriend then went in and explained to the manger what happened and we got our food that was sitting in the bar. Never had a problem with this place till now.

I enjoyed the food there, and the ambience was fitting. The only issues I noticed was that the wait for the food was long, but that was due to a large group of college kids that would frequently stop the waiter for drinks. The food tasted great.

Fast & friendly service, typical menu for a Mexican restaurant in this area.

Walking into the restaurant, the employees stood in the back on their phones for five minutes until they noticed us. The waitress gave me a different order than I asked for, which wasn’t entirely upsetting because I’m open to trying new foods. She did not ask if our meals were okay, nor came to see if we needed refills. She also sat across the dining section, hidden in a booth, on her phone. The food was mediocre at best.

This was our first time here. I didn’t have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is very cute inside with warm and fun decor. When we walked in it was pretty busy (a Friday night) but we were promptly seated and served salsa and tortilla chips which made me very happy. The salsa was very fresh. The chips were a little thick and cold but still fresh. When I opened the menu I was highly impressed with its very large selection of Mexican dishes. It was really hard to decide! They had everything from burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, steak, chicken, beef choices. I tried the burrito and enchilada combo because I wanted to taste both. When the meal came, rather quickly I might add, the plate and food was hot and fresh. It was delicious. The table next to us had two large pitchers of frozen mango margaritas at their table. It looked fantastic as well. I was only disappointed that they didn’t have homemade Sangria, my favorite. The prices were very reasonable and a very good value for a delicious and authentic Mexican restaurant. The servers were friendly. Service was a little slow but they were busy and we were in no hurry. We had a great visit and definitely recommend it. We will be returning in the future.
