We have been to this wonderful little gem three times now in the past month. Each time we have come the service has been friendly and delightful. Like they have known you all their lives. The food is outstanding. Full of flavor, big portions, excellent presentation and out in a very reasonable time! The drinks are wonderful and you can’t beat the prices for what you get! Our waiter came by many times just to top off our margaritas from our pitcher we ordered. The owner is wonderful!! He is very humble and strives to make each guest happy and satisfied with their complete experience. He has come by each time to check on our food and experience and actually have a nice conversation with his customers and making sure we were happy with our food, service and complete experience. I cant say enough about this new little gem. Wonderful in every way!!!

I was shocked and sad to see a bad review for this restaurant. I am Latin American so I can tell good Latin American food when Ifind it. I had a great experience. The staff was very professional and the food was excellent. My friend and I both had margaritas and those were excellent as well. I am bringing my boys tonight. I know they will love it. My friend is a foodie and was very impressed with everything and loved the food. Can’t wait to go back

This places food is so delicious that I had to stop in the middle of my meal to give it five stars. FINALLY some authentic Mexican food! I’m a transplant from South Georgia and have had a very difficult time finding authentic Mexican food with the flare that this place gives it. The margaritas are insane! Try the AL Pastor tacos if you love rich, spicy food with a flare. My wife and I are definitely going to become regulars here.

First off let me say I have no problem with the food here as it is excellent and I can not tell enough people about the food at this restaurant. I’ve been here a number of times and have tried a few different items and when I get what I actually ordered the food has been excellent… The food is not the problem for this poor rating it’s completely service related. I understand it’s busy and all but when your there for 30 minutes before beverages (Soda) come out that’s unacceptable! Waiting patiently for an hour for my food to come out only to discover that it wasn’t what I ordered was very disappointing. I made my server aware of the issue and sent it back I then was given my check by another server which was frustrating. I felt dissatisfied that my issue was not addressed by anyone other than simply removing it from the check I don’t recall even getting a sorry but I might have and just not realized it…

The food was so good that I had to stop mid-bite to write this review. I thought my search for amazing and authentic Mexican food in Rhode Island would last forever. My wife and I are definitely going to become regulars at the place. If you pop in, try the AL Pastor. It’s a but spicy but totally worth the burn.

The chips and salsa were the best thing about this restaurant. Unfortunately everything else was just not good. The rice was hard and tasted like it was drenched in butter or some kind of oil and the beans had an odd sour taste to them. The steak was something I could’ve cooked at home. Not at all what I’m used to for carne asada. Just a slab of meat over zucchini which I found quite odd. Seemed to me if the staff paid more attention to the food they were putting out instead of congregating over their phones at the front of store, it’d be better. They were all very nice, but the food, not so much.

Please for the love of Christ, use two corn tortillas. You don’t really grill them so one corn tortilla falls apart into a hot mess of delicious, sad looking sauce and meat. This place is cute as heck and I want it to do well so 5 stars but holy smokes that was disappointing.

This place is great! The staff is excellent you feel like your in little Mexico with the environment. The food was so good we got beef empanadas and shrimp tacos and Steak tacos with the dipping broth! So good! I highly reccomend this place
