Snagged some quick tacos before work and they were better than I expected. First of all THE LENGUA. I’ll be back for it. Best flavored lengua I’ve had in awhile. (Also got carnitas and cabeza but wish I got 3 more lengua). They even put some chips in the bag with my 3 ala cart tacos. That was a nice touch. Friendly multilingual service. Cute ducks everywhere.

This is our #1 favorite restaurant for Mexican food in SE Portland. The sauces are homemade daily. Every single dish we’ve tried is amazing, but our favorites are enchiladas veracruzanos con camerones, chicken enchiladas con mole (off the chain), and spinach enchiladas. I honestly have to add regular chicken enchiladas with both red and green sauce. Dont forget an order of guacamole! Go for breakfast and get huevos rancheros and a cup of coffee that will be lightly flavored with cinnamon. So good, always clean, always delicious family restaurant.

Nice server, good salsas, good burrito. The best salsa is the one you get with the chips of you eat there though. Good prices for a lot of food. There is a vegetarian section of the menu. Card minimum of $5.
