Love the place and the food ..Adrian is a plus, kind and thoughtful…I have been going to El Pato for the longest time …The unsweetened tea is quite refreshing,the only little problem that they run low on unsweetened tea to often…The food is great and the prices are awsome …5 Star !! Thanks to Adrian and their wonderful staff we have had great breakfast tacos served and greeted well. I am also am appreciative that Adrian was also very helpful in notifying me what is best to get as a combo order with what I had ordered. Kudos and awesome customer service skills. Them tortillas though ufff they be putting a pep to someone’s steps lol, and then Luciano is an absolute delight! He is always courteous and thoughtful. Makes sure we have our items and is kind. They make our visits to El Pato the best! Thanks also to the cooks!

This restaurant needs to pay attention to what they are handing the consumer. These are not even cooked correctly and are small and thick, they didnt even roll them out to their potential size. Person in charge tried to blame a new masa they recieved, but I had to re-cook them at home and they were fine. Just put a little more effort to give what you advertise. It’s really sad how bad this location has gotten. Especially because I’ve enjoyed this location since high school. And now it isnt even worth it.

Not expensive to dine here. Simple but great menu. Hoping they expand with more restaurants in different cities soon! Just the regular beef or chicken ‘Pato’ hit the spot and make you want to come back later for more. The tortillas are all handmade in each restaurant, and you can tell! So many memories here as a child and the recipe is still the same.

The manager should know that their front area employee Diana G. Is lacking in her customer service. She rude to me after I waited at the drive thru window for her to attend me. I also called and let the phone ring for 3 minutes, she did not answer. So when I get off the car to walk around the restaurant to pick up my order she comes from the back as if nothing. I ask why there was no one covering the front. She rudly told me she was packing salsas. This kid needs some manners instilled. Not a good hire for customer service .
