What’s the point of employee Blanca having a pleasant customer service voice when she’s going to be condescending to her coworker at the drive-thru in front of customers? Help develop your coworkers instead of tearing them down. Love how they are more efficient with processing orders though.

I ordered 2 patos with cheese and received them extremely quickly only to find out that the flour tortillas are cold and hard and the shredded cheese is cold. I returned the patos and asked for them to make a fresh flour tortillas with melted cheese. They made it right the second time.

Very poor service at counter followed by a long wait for the food. This is a fast food restaurant, not a scratch kitchen! No explanation by counter staff why everyone following us had been served. Given the brush off by “supposed” manager. Unpleasant experience, do not go. There are so many good restaurants in the valley, go to one of them instead.

Sunday at 8:50 pm my family and I went to tbis location for dinner. There were 3 employees, 2 in the kitchen and a man in the restroom. We waited for about 5 minutes but were never aknowledged. It got uncomfortable so I asked if it was open they said yes so I went to wait but no service was offered nor rendered. We had to just walk out feeling unwelcome.

Got the assorted plate the meat on the patio tasted burnt the tortillas on the cheese enchiladas was really dry like it was reheated in a microwave there was to much oil on plate.
