One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve EVER been to! Not only is their food always delicious, their customer service is phenomenal. You’re always greeted with a smile and you definitely never leave hungry. I’ve never been a fan of guacamole but I cannot get enough of theirs! You wouldn’t think this unsuspecting little restaurant in a strip mall would be this outstanding, but trust me, it is.

Absolutely fantastic experience at El Patron. If you’re crusing across i10, stop here and grab lunch or dinner. Trust me.. just stop here. You will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly and happy to serve you any of their great food! There is a definite atmosphere of family and friendliness. Pedro the owner is almost always there and on this trip he even made us some off menu items that were out of this world! Spicy fajitas, grilled pineapple, and even made us tableside guacamole that was excellent! You will not regret stopping in here!

I attended a surprise birthday party at El Patron Mexican Grill this past weekend. The food and service were amazing!! Honestly, I was expecting mediocre Mexican food. It was far from it. YUM! The atmosphere with the hand painted tables made it even more inviting. Staff smiled and went above and beyond to make sure 20-30 people were happy. This is a must stop for Mexican food lovers. Food was awesome. Our server was great we had a party of 12 . Salsa was great. The lady at register must have been new she only charged me 11 dollars for 2 meals and 2 margaritas. I advised them and he corrected it and thanked me for being honest. It was great. Wish we knew they did the guacamole fresh at the table, we would have surely ordered it. It is a must do. I highly recommend.

HIDDEN GEM! If you are looking for flavorful Mexican cuisine this is the place. I enjoy that compared to most places they go big on flavor, and actually make things authentically spicy. I would definitely compare it to what we eat when we go to Mexico. Too often places serve bland meat, cheese, rice, and beans pass it off as “authentic”, so I was pleasantly surprised. I was also surprised how reasonable the prices were. We had a party of 5 with a large cheese dip and the total was $81 with plenty of leftovers. All in all, I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for Mexican food. Super happy!

Absolutely amazing place!! My husband and I went there early this evening for the first time. We both have been in upper management in the restaurant industry and we were impressed from the time we walked in to when we walked out. Family run and they have it done 100%! The service was top notch with everyone engaged like fine dining. Very personable like we’ve known them for years! Food was authentic, fast and fresh. Margaritas are fresh and not full of mix that’s thick. This is definitely our new spot! Muy impresionado Mi amigo!
