Food is great, especially for the price. Gotta say tho the lively staff was what made this place a gem. The young guy that was our server was flawless. He was fast and friendly and made the experience awesome. The girl that rang us out was upbeat and fun. 10/10 will be back.

Stopped in for lunch on a weekday and the place was crowded, even though the building is under constructionand covered in plywood. Parking was difficult because the lot is very small and neighboring businesses restrict parking. I had the tamales with rice and beans. It was good with decent portions and tasted fresh. The chips and salsa served as an appetizer were okay, but their salsa was too watery and had very little kick (I like mine with some heat). The service was okay but after they took our order they never checked back to see if we needed anything. In an area with few dining options this is a good choice for lunch or dinner.

This was the first Mexican restaurant we tried out since we moved to Tennessee and there’s no need to try out any others. This place is great! Good food, excellent prices, attentive staff – they have it all. Looking forward to our next visit already, they have an extensive menu so it will take a while to sample it all. Good job, guys!

This place is delicious! The owner is super sweet. We like their salsa more than La Caretta. It’s so so good and has some spice to it! I love their shrimp street tacos! Their beans are some of the best I’ve had! Rice is also delicious. My boyfriend got the big nachos and they were huge and full of meat and toppings. Only negative thing I can say is they are short staffed and service is slow but it is worth the wait! Very reasonably priced as well.
