The building itself is nondescript. A little hard to get to due to the construction, but worth the investment of finding it. Went through their drive-thru for lunch and ended up with this delicious, absolutely massive sandwhich. They were quick and friendly. If you’re hungry and in the area, give them a try!

My mom went to pick up one of their trays for the whole family. Once home we realized that they did not include the nopales & sausage (which come with the tray chosen). My mom called & the lady who answered, named Mereya (or in that sounding) CASUALLY said “No teníamos mas nopales ni salchicha” without APOLOGIZING, or offering a substitute for the missing item. My mom then continued to say “well, why didn’t you let me know then and there when I picked it up to ask whether it was okay or not?” The lady continued to say “well the guy who took your order was new”. This is a form of DISRESPECT & lack of PROFESSIONALISM. Let’s ignore the offering a substitute item, you would expect that anywhere that you’re buying/supporting the business they would ATLEAST give a simple “I’m sorry”. Nope, not here. They have definitely lost our business. Oh, and may I add that this isn’t the first time we have encountered this kind of behavior with this restaurant.
