first time eating at this location, definitely will say the location was very clean & well maintained. i had the beef tostada while visiting, and would recommend to someone to try. i would revisit location again, as opposed to going to a Taco Bell

The chicken burrito was flavorful and filling. One of the best cilantro rice I have tasted. It was all perfection and the green sauce was the right spiciness. Their carne asada is absolutely delicious. Rice comes with it and two sides. I usually get extra rice. Perfection.

I probably would have never tried this place, but my wife brought home some of their food recently and it was delicious! I’ve been trying to persuade her to go there for lunch ever since. Today we got a barbecue chicken salad and a buffalo chicken wrap with fries. I got to try her salad and it was very good. I loved my chicken wrap and the fries were just right.

I gotta say, I never leave reviews for locations but this spot never misses when it comes to the food. The lomo saltado is always on spot, hot & fresh, ready to eat. The green sauce tastes sooo good. For sure one of the best lomo saltados i’ve ever tried in the area.

Tired Peruvian food for the first time when visiting CA and loved it so I decided to find a local spot close to home that had good reviews. El Pollo Cool had the best tasting chicken! It’s charbroiled and hands down better than Boston market’s rotisserie chicken. Even their white meat was tender, juicy & flavorful! We also tried their steak (carne asada) which was good with the green sauce but I prefer their chicken. You get green (spicy) & yellow (not spicy) sauce with your meals. Their cilantro rice was really yummy and much better than chipotle’s. My son said their fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots) were flavorful and liked it. I thought their green beans, corn, & plantains were good but their fried rice was a little bland. I will definitely be back to get their chicken again and try more dishes. I think I might try their Grilled chicken pesto ciabatta sandwich next.

Ordered through GrubHub; they called to check if my order arrived as it was later than they estimated and stated if it wasn’t there they would personally deliver the order. When the food arrived, unfortunately the delivery person forgot part of my order, but they were so kind to personally deliver the rest of the food. Absolutely great customer service! And of course the food is great!!

I absolutely love this little restaurant. We ordered the LOCO ESPECIAL which is a whole chicken served with your choice of three sides and 2 liter bottle of soda which we passed on the soda. The three sides we got were plantain, black beans, pico de gallo. We also got a side of guacamole. The marinated charbroiled chicken was absolutely delicious very tender juicy but not greasy. Melts in your mouth. My favorite sides were the guacamole and the pico de gallo which were both delicious. As a matter of fact everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and polite. I will absolutely return to this restaurant again. Thank you El POLO LOCO for that delicious meal.

I had the quesadilla (labeled as an appetizer even though it is plenty large enough to be a meal) and it was the best I’ve ever had. My wife had the carne asada. It wasn’t greasy and was perfectly made. Everyone was so kind as well. We 100% will be coming back!
