I give them a three star because they have the most terrible customer service in all L.A. County. Everyone, especially the owners granddaughter, has the most stupid teenage attitude of them all, and she’s already a woman. Leaving that attitude aside, the chicken is very very delicious it has soooo much flavor, and it’s juicy and tender.

I went to this restaurant on 8/03/2023. their chicken is delicious. It has good flavor. But the customer service was horrible. I was waiting a long time. I let them know I was in the restaurant nobody came out from the back I had to literally yell and that’s when finally someone came out from the back at this point I had waited and I did not purchase anything. I let them know that I was waiting, for a long time they did not apologize. It seemed that they didn’t care. I just left at this point without purchasing anything I would never go back there again.

Cook guy is always fixing something inside restaurant and never washes hand when custumers walk inn…he chops up the chicken with dirty hands. Also got the fake promotion on window 2 chicken family meal with free 2liter coke but when ask cashier they never have it.

Cook was not wearing a mask!!!! When I arrived he was fixing a fridge a person was waiting for their order he grabbed the chicken with his dirty hands and proceeded to chop it up. He then called the cashier to come out and hand out the order because he didn’t want to come close to customer cause he wasn’t wearing his mask. I walked out. Never again.
