Food is great, but they are understaffed. NOT the hourly employees fault, let’s be real, but management’s. Young lady behind the counter WANTED to take my order, but the assistant manager called her away back into the kitchen. It’s chill, NBD, but there was an older “Karen” in the store complaining about everything, and the management wouldn’t stand up for the hourly employees. That was depressing.

Bought a family meal for $30. Double checked at the window that my order would be correct… Got home, realized 2 of 3 sides were not in the bag. Tortillas weren’t in the bag, receipt was not in the bag so when I called to have my order corrected they refused to help. This location messes my order up every single time. Left and won’t be going back to this location. Also after looking at the past reviews I noticed the owner only replied to positive reviews. Was pretty decent considering the fact they don’t have lemon or lime anymore and I’m not sure the chicken is citrus or lemon/ lime basted. Food is ok if you want something like 3 tacos carbon, but everything is relatively expensive for something not quite a true Hispanic flavor of meal. Basically one step up from taco bell or del taco. Would not recommend.
