We were in line for well over 15 minutes they were serving a car at a time. Order the classic double chicken wasn’t put together as other El polo locos does there’s. No salad dressing she said they was out. I also ordered chips and guacamole didn’t get it at all will never go to this location again. Very unorganized

Horrible customer service… the guy at the drive thru didn’t even give us a thank you…. no napkins no forks.i had to eat my salad with my hands ( the avocado on salad had black marks ).. I also asked the guy if my nachos came in with jalapeños.. he said yes and as you know there was no jalapeños. Also the p.a system where you order had a very low volume. Worst pollo loco that I have ever visited.

Every time I come here I either get attitude from the dudes at the drive thru or my order isn’t complete. I just ordered a double chicken tostada salad and they just gave me chick, lettuce and a little bit of rice ..what happened to the avocado,. Tomato’s, sour cream? The staff was a bunch of young guys just standing around laughing not working.. to the manager or cooperate I came to this store at 1/31/23 at 550pm . So you know who was working this shift. You need to get on your staff for slacking on the job instead of laughing and being on tik tock
