Went through the drive-thru this afternoon and ordered a double chicken avocado tostada bowl along with a large tea and with the expectation of the order being correct ‘ because the young gentleman actually read the order back’, I left and when I got home there was no tostada bowl and absolutely nothing that resembled double chicken. What I got instead was barely there chicken, two of the thinnest slices of avocado in a clear to-go container! I had also mentioned that if could not put corn in it because I cannot have it and I guess they didn’t hear me or they figured that I can just pick it out myself, but I may be wrong because it had two (2) piles of it instead of none!!. So I really think it didn’t matter much to anyone.

Very clean, I was there with my daughter and we were so pleased by how clean and kind the staff was. The food was fresh, the only issue I had was that the chips were a little salty but I don’t salt my food, ever so I’m probably overly sensitive. Fast service. Kind staff. Thank you

I went to this location to try the Birria shredded beef Taco box. The young man at the counter was very nice and helpful, so I decided to give it try. When I got home and sat down to eat, I opened up the taco and there were two hard, burnt, black tiny pieces of beef a few strands of cheese and a lot of onions! It was basically an onion taco! And the other one was the same way! I was too far away to have to make a trip back. $9 wasted! So disappointed. You really have to do better! But it won’t be with me!

I’m not happy with the el Pollo bowl @7310 Rainbow Las Vegas Nv. The rice is hard and crunchy and food way to salty chicken is burnt. Didn’t feel like going back out in the heat to complain. Money down the drain.
