Great efficient counter service. Food was ready in less than 5 minutes. We ordered the chicken taco salad and they were delicious. The shell was flaky and held up everything in it. Price was comparable to other fast food establishments. Food was very fresh and tasty. We went back the next day for the 10 piece chicken and we received the same quick service. Chicken was hot and not a bit greasy. Great place for grilled marinated chicken!

Great experience for a fast food restaurant! Very friendly staff. They greet you as soon as you entered the restaurant and offer you the special of the day. The restrooms are in great conditions. They wish you a good day when you are leaving and thanked for eating here. That’s very unusual in a fast food restaurant. I also asked for ice for my own cup and they immediately let me take some… that’s great! Thank you guys, I really enjoyed my lunch.

If you are not ordering chicken in bits or as a whole expect to get little or no chicken. El Pollo Loco is famed for their chicken “claimed” but this was horrible. Ordered a taco that came over fried with nothing in it. Oily mess. Pics attached. The wait was horrible we were in the drive-through line for at least 30 mins and the way the drive-through is setup it’s difficult to impossible to just back away or leave once you pass a certain curve your SOL. We got no apologies from the Rep at the window even though she had a nice smile and was courteous it was not enough for horrible wait. Wife got a bowl that too lacked guess what? Chicken. Son’s meal was so oily and looked terrible. One good review is the taste of the ever so rare chicken. It was good. Well seasoned and succulent just very scarce 🙂

Seriously just wanted to try something different at El Pollo Loco. They are selling chicken or beef taquito’s with guac for $2.49. Comes with 2. Do not waste your money even if it’s cheap. I don’t even think the meat inside is chicken! Hard as a rock and over cooked. Chicken has no taste or flavor. Do yourself a favor and pass these burnt terds up.
