I eat here pretty often since it is close to my job. I ordered from here yesterday(15 min prior to going for my order), when I went to pick up my order, there was only one girl working. She said she’d be with me, which I was okay wi airing a little for my order, but as soon as other customer went to the cash register, she ignored me and went straight to him, I looked at my friend like, fr? As the other coworker was getting back from her break, she rolled her eyes at me! And when she was packing my order she was giving me one of the dirtiest look! Like I wasn’t being rude or anything for her to get an attitude!

The only thing that’s loco is how bad the pollo is. I’ve never had such dried, desiccated chicken before. I’m only glad I used a coupon and didn’t pay full price – because this place is surprisingly expensive? You can get a meal from Whole Foods for much less. Avoid this place.

She was VERY unhelpful and did not let me speak to a manager when I CLEARLY had the email for the time and order in my hand. Now I have to go through my credit card to get my refund.
