Sorry, but I have been here at least 3 or more times. This time was a bummer. I wanted a 3 piece chicken entree with wing and breasts, they had run out of breasts and wings so I opted for dark meat. The chicken was dry and overcooked….not up to their usual quality. I’ll try again later hoping for a better outcome.

The Pollo bowl was great. I don’t go here all that often. I don’t remember what the problem was but I do remember that there was one a few months ago, which made me avoid this location for a while. The young gentleman working the drive-thru tonight (4/5) was very unprofessional and rude. My chicken bowl had an old taste and hard pieces of chicken and rice…. it almost tastes old and like it had been sitting and reheated. This isn’t always my experience here but one is enough for me to scratch this location off my list.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION OF ALL. THE CHICKEN IS COMPLETELY DRIED OUT. THE SKIN IS SO HARD YOU MUST THROW IT AWAY. IT IS OVER COOKED. YOU NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION UNTIL YOU GET A NEW CHEF. WE WENT ON 4 DIFFERENT DAYS WITH THE SAME RESULTS. IT IS DEPLORABLE!!!!
