Bought the 8 pc family mixed meal along with 2 large sides of rice, 1 large side of beans/1 large side of mashed potatoes and medium coleslaw. $52. Instead, they gave us 2 large sides of beans, old bad tasting chicken, rice so dry, crunchy and hard it hurt your teeth and warm coleslaw. By far, the worst Pollo Loco experience I’ve EVER had. Guy at the window needs an attitude adjustment and should be providing customers with friendly service rather than spending time on his phone trying to sell/buy a 4runner in the drive thru. NEVER coming back and making sure others know how pathetic this location is. Called the location to speak with the manager and no one answers. This must be a reoccurring thing.

Not sure what happened to this place, but food preparation is getting worse day after day. I ordered dbl chicken tostada salad and this is what they given me. It’s same amount of chicken as regular one. I saw a preparer adding one and a half scoop of chicken on all orders, single or dbl. don’t waste your money for dbl chicken and this salad is only half filled. The worst
