I love El Pollo Loco and I am sorry to say this particular one did not meet expectations. Restroom was a mess with no toilet paper or hand towels. Trash receptacles in restaraunt overflowing and food particles on floor. Looked like a crazy chicken ran through there. When staff was informed of restroom needing attention (twice) as of our leaving it had not been addressed. As a former retail manager it all comes down to training, training and more training. Sorry guys dining is not only food ( which was great as usual) but a total experience. C’mon guys let’s get your act together for the of a great franchise.

So i work blocks away from this Pollo Loco and every time I go through the drive-through to get my food I always ask the ladies for Easy Ice and everytime I get the cup full of ice and this happens every time. Do they know what easy ice is really ladies I only take like 4 sips of soda and I’m done with my drink.
