There are 3 pollo loco’s close to my house but I’ll travel the distance to come to this location. The place is always clean, the staff is super friendly and professional and their guacamole salsa is always the perfect consistency. All other locations I notice will water down their salsas. I’m picturing a double chicken tostada salad. They really pack it up unlike other locations. Definitely come to this location!!!

ExtraClearance
Beware Door Dashers! They discriminate based on appearance at this location, you will be forced to sign a receipt and if you don’t sign you will not be able to pick up, even after waiting. I know they discriminate since I would always be asked to sign (their reason was just in case the customer didn’t get their order) until one day it was busy and they didn’t notice me walk in. I waited behind another DoorDasher (middle aged women) and they did not ask her to sign. After she got her order and they noticed I was behind her, they didn’t ask me to sign since they knew I would ask again (politely) why I was signing. I know my face is young, but that is very rude to assume I’m a trouble making teenager who steals food. The only other restaurant I had to sign due to being discriminated for the same reason is at this Dennys, 5520 South St, Lakewood, CA 90713, don’t support these rude businesses.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional employee, he said his name was Luis, completely ignored me for over 5 minutes at the pick up. If I don’t check the order he just tossed over the counter , i wiuld be inside waiting for my order, when he finally did me the favor of talking to me , i asked him for the drink, he rude and despicable grabbed the order and treated me like if I was stealing it. After confirming my order he just left . I told him his customer service wass inexistent, expecting just an apology that would’ve prevented this review, but instead, the was SARCASTIC AS GELL YELLING AT ME , BYEEEEEEE HAVE A GOOD DAYYYYYY. In front of other employees and several customer. I wonder ifall the workers doing minimum wage or less than 20 per hour have that horrible attitude. Maybe smelling like chicken and grease all the time , Claude their judgment.
