It was dark. The outside lights did not turn on, so we couldn’t read the menu in the drive-through. Then we paid thirty three dollars and seventy cents for chicken that was old and dry. Thankfully, we looked at the chicken, and the girl at the window exchanged it for us. When a company pays so much attention to detail that they charge forty five cents extra for a dressing. I would think they would pay equal attention to the detail and quality of food that they put out.

The employees here are always really nice and they hook it up so fat every time I love them so much. You could beat a mofo to death with their chicken burrito they pack it so fat. I feel like they do a better job and take more care than other Pollo Locos, otherwise I wouldn’t rate it. I’ve never been inside so cannot really vouch for atmosphere but everyone at the window is super chill all the time even when they’re busy.

6/23/23. I ordered catering via phone when the app confused me. I came in to pay and got charged TWICE! WHY? Cuz the register didn’t print out my receipt the FIRST TIME. This has happened to others before. FIX THE SYSTEM. Beware paying via card for catering! $250, two times and the employee wanted me to do it a THIRD time to try it again! NO THANK YOU. We have eaten here regularly before so I thought I’d cater. Not again. While the register didn’t finish the process I was still charged twice! NOT OKAY!

Well, I planned on ordering a RBC (Rice Bean and Cheese burrito but without the cheese) and lo and behold, EPL introduced a new burrito and its VEGAN!!! The Chickenless Pollo Burrito I decided to give it a go and WOW!!! Amazing flavor, hearty and messy!!! I Highly recommend it.
