Not sure how they get this “wrong”–crazy dry “double chicken” avocado salad, maybe a tablespoon of pico de gallo (low supply?), 3 slices of avocado (yum). The dressing helped. Great flavor but it seems the chicken and portions are getting smaller. This location has better service than most and is clean. I came during lunch and decided to order inside to test how fast it would be compared to the drive thru. I made it out before the car I would’ve been and that’s after having a customer ahead of me trying to pay with a card that was denied no less than 5 times.

I drove there and ordered the double avocado fit bowl. I was thrilled to learn they have a spinach salad. I’m trying to eat healthy, and they now serve spinach salads. And since avocado is a healthy fat, I was looking forward to this meal. But as you can see in the photo, my salad did not have ANY avocado. And I didn’t feel like driving back just for part of my salad.

Worst fast food experience ever. Was almost there 60 minutes to pick up order that was ordered on the app. I used the app while in line due to 4 people ahead. Waited and waited. Person working register taking orders and bagging food seemed confused. He kept on reading tickets over and over, not putting food in bags. And waving his hand to snap his fingers, yes…him. After 30 min, I asked how much longer. Cook, who was really keeping up, came to front to help. Everyone was so confused what the snappy finger guy messed up. I then said my food was sitting there on the counter for 30 min and that it was probably cold and soggy. The cook said she would remake it. Had to wait longer! Finally got the order, nothing else was offered for our horrible experience (coupons, extra food, etc.) Was a little mad since family was all waiting at a table. Just very disappointed. Honestly, worst experience ever.
