The cashier was nice, but the time it took to get my order seemed very long for one quesadilla which was terrible. There was cheese only on half of the tortilla and it wasn’t even melted. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t bother going back. It was disappointing that even though it took a long time to get my order so early in the morning, that the cheese on it wasn’t even melted. I think the quality at Pollo Loco as a whole, has just gone down in general. Also what’s up with not filling the salsa bar anymore? Another cost cutting decision? Probably the last time I’ll go to El Pollo Loco. It’s not just this location, I feel the quality doesn’t match the value, because it’s expensive and not worth it.

They never get an order right, their food station looks like a hurricane has hit several times and they are unapologetic. I started only going there for soup when I want soup but then they started calling a small soup the large soup OR only putting an inch of soup in the container OR the soup is water with gross dry chicken and veggie bits in it

The lady at the drive through told me I’d have to wait back in the long drive through to Oder a forgotten item that took less then 30 seconds to put in a container and my family was hungry. Pretty sure customer service is supposed to be first priority

Visited a few days ago during lunch rush. Went through drive thru and was told I had a seven minute wait and would have to come in to pickup chicken. Second time this location ran out of chicken during lunch hours. Otherwise, food well prepared.

I was going to settle for the vegetarian norm, beans and rice, while my family indulged in delicious animal carcasses. Much to my amazement did i find on the menu that they offer chickenless chicken tacos! No longer will I have to suffer consuming boring sides for nourishment! My sister and I went here for lunch today and it was a total disaster. I waited 10 minutes behind 1 person to order. I’m assuming the manager that was there today was filling in from another location because he didn’t know where anything was. When I finally was able to place my order he was rushing me through and after I paid he disappeared for like 2 minutes before giving me my receipt. The floor by the drink dispensers was so sticky you could hardly walk through the area. The napkins smelled like mildew and our salads were $10 & nothing was fresh. There was barely any rice & beans in them and a total of 3 pieces of chicken on each one which was very dry. The dressing tasted different also. It was like it almost had no flavor. The chairs were wobbly and there was a group of customers that were yelling and screaming the whole time. I feel the manager could’ve told them to quit down a bit. This is not the only bad experience I’ve had here but it had been a while since I’ve been to this location so I was hoping maybe it had gotten a little better but, it’s only gotten worse. Honestly, this location should just be closed down. Every customer in line was complaining about something. I’m really shocked that they’ve stayed open.
